Thank you very much for the fast reply. Should I take special care during the preprocessing in oder account for the longitudinal design (as done in SIENA) - or can the data be preprocessed like crossectional data?

Hi,

No, not yet.  We are still working on optimising things for this.
However, you can conduct longitudinal analyses with the existing tools, they are just not optimised specifically for this yet.
