Dear all FSL experts Currently i got some FLAIR-T2 image to calculate white matter lesion volume, after calculating the WMHI volume, i want to normalized the WMHI volume to total intracranial volume to adjust the global effect. Unfortunately, i don't have any T1 image for this dataset. Is it possible to obtain total intracranial volume from high resolution FLAIR-T2 image without any T1 images ? If yes, could you provide me some possible processing pipeline or give me some hints about this request. Many thanks Best Paul
