Using < fslcc PNAS_Smith09_rsn10.nii melodic._IC.nii >

I’m getting the following:

Error: Mismatch in image dimensions

Any idea on what is going wrong and how I can correct this?

In essence, it vectorizes each of the two inputs (using all voxels, including non-brain 0's) and computes the correlation between the two.
