Hi,

You need to make sure the two files are registered/aligned (i.e. in the same space).
So you may need to resample your images to achieve this.
See details in the FSL wiki or in the FSL Course tutorials and lectures (especially on registration).

All the best,
Mark

Any idea on what is going wrong and how I can correct this?

Thanks in advance,

In essence, it vectorizes each of the two inputs (using all voxels, including non-brain 0's) and computes the correlation between the two.

Dear FSL Experts,

I have run MELODIC on Resting-states data and I would like to map the individual results to Beckman templates.
Can anyone indicates me the best tool in FSL that can help me to achieve this?

Thanks in advance,
Jean-Claude
