Hi Andreas

You can define subject mean contrasts and take them up into a third-level
analysis, like the  Multi-Session & Multi-Subject (Repeated Measures - Three
Level Analysis) example.  I think this  should be OK as long as the other
regressors at the 2nd level are orthogonal to the means.
