2011b was the last version with support for 32bit Linux. Install 2011b or, better yet, go 64bit... unless your hardware isn't capable?

Hi,

I am using R2011b with Ubuntu 12.04, and everything works just fine. Did you try Octave, by any chance? I would love to replace Matlab...

Best regards,
Cornelius Werner

Hello,
I am using UBUNTU 12.04 (32 bit linux) and trying to install Matlab 2012b,
I guess Matlab 2012b came after UBUNTU 12.04 release, That is why I am unable to install Matlab

Which Matlab version I can install on UBUNTU12.04 .(Help required from FslNets users)
I would be pleased any user of FslNets can answer the compatible version.
