*SUBMISSION*
Authors should submit full papers (as Postscript, PDF, MSWord, or ODF
file). The total length of a paper must not exceed 8 pages IEEE style
(including tables, figures and references). IEEE style templates are
available here <http://fedcsis.org/authors>.

Acceptance notifications will be sent out on June 17, 2013. The workshop
will be held on September 9, 2013 in Kraków, Poland. Please note that at
least one author of an accepted position paper must register for the
workshop and for one or more days of the fedCSIS 2013 conference. Papers
should be formatted according to fedCSIS 2013 Archive Format (
http://fedcsis.org/authors).


*PUBLICATION*
All accepted and presented papers will be published in the Conference
Proceedings and included in the *IEEE Xplore® database *&* ACM SIGAPP*.
They will be also submitted for indexation in: *DBLP *Computer Science
Bibliography, *Google Scholar*, *Inspec*, *Scirus*, *SciVerse Scopus*
and T*homson
Reuters - Conference Proceedings Citation Index (ISI)*

*Extended versions of accepted papers presented at the Workshop will appear
in as a Springer book chapter.*
High quality papers will be invited to submit an extended version for
inclusion in a special issue of an (ISI) International Journal, according
to the paper topic:

   - *Instructional Science. Impact factor: 1.828 - Q1*
   - *International Journal of Computer Science Issues (IJCSI). Impact
   factor 0.242 - Q4*

*Other papers from the workshop will be invited to submit an extended
version for publication in the International Journal of Computer-Supported
Collaborative Learning (ijCSCL). Impact factor: 2.243 - Q1.*
