Key features:

 

- Direct support in the design and review of nonclinical studies
- Review of data to support Manufacturing activities
- Support for the transfer and validation of analytical test methods from Research to Quality Control Interaction with Research and Manufacturing departments to monitor process control and assess production improvement
- Assist with study design, data interpretation, statistical assessment and generation of study reports for nonclinical studies Support validation/transfer of new processes and procedures
- Review IPC/release testing results of commercial product and conduct trend analyses of in-process and final product performance characteristics
- Support design of stability studies, experiments defining design spaces Participate in investigations of non-conformances
- Participate as a team member on cross functional project teams providing statistical support Apply Design of Experiment approaches
- Train and advice in statistics, modelling and programming

 

Essential Skills & Capabilities:

 

- Master or PhD in Statistics or related field
- Work experience in a biotechnology/pharmaceutical environment supporting non-clinical studies, analytical development, process development, validation, or manufacturing operations
- Good understanding of regulatory requirements (e.g. GCP, ICH
- Working knowledge and expertise with SAS (including SAS macro language)
- Knowledge of database design/structures Good understanding of global clinical trial practices, procedures and methodologies
- Demonstrated written and oral communication skills
- Excellent English skills required.
