Dear Mailbase, We have experienced noticable bottle-to-bottle variation with Biorad's urine Lyphochek II lot 63312 with normetanephrine/noradrenaline values falling by 50% of previously expected values and also androsterone/aetiocholanolone and THE showing similar drops. It seems to be a pack issue in that taking a bottle from a different pack (of a dozen) gives expected results. Lypho I is not showing the same intra-pack variation. Has anyone experienced similar problems?
