Has any one else moved over to using NHS 111 as the only means of accessing their GP-out-of-hours service for urgent results?

Have you encountered any problems with getting accurate information to your GP service in a timely manner for them to act on?

We have been informed by our Out-of-hours service that they are no longer a ‘front facing service’ and therefore cannot be contacted directly.

I would be interested in other peoples thoughts and experiences with contacting their GP out of hours service.

Regards
