As i said i followed everything on the download page to the letter, I installed the latest version of the gfortran libraries from the link supplied on the starlink pages

When looking on your site there is a solution for this listed however when i try the fix you suggest it doesn't work due to the fact that the library isn't in the different place you suggest it is. Other things run such as TOPCAT it is just gaia which i seem to be having this issue.

Any help would be greatly appreciated
