I'm trying to analyze my data (EEG Acquisition via Biosemi). But I have a problem : after converting the file, I cannot visualized them. I have an error message saying "No Channels of this type in the SPM data file !" (see attachment). I have asked to many people, but nobody can tell me what's happen.
In order to have a comparison point, I tried with the subject1.bdf file (in the tutorial) because it's also with Biosemi system. In that case, I (of course) have no errors.
The only difference that I have is in the output on the Matlab window.
For the subject1.bdf, I have :
checkmeeg: no channel type, assigning default
checkmeeg: no units, assigning default
checkmeeg: transform type missing, assigning default
checkmeeg: data type is missing or incorrect, assigning default
creating layout from cfg.elec
creating layout for biosemi128 system
And for my file, I have only that (without the last sentences)
checkmeeg: no channel type, assigning default
checkmeeg: no units, assigning default
checkmeeg: transform type missing, assigning default
checkmeeg: data type is missing or incorrect, assigning default
Maybe another difference is that I saved 22 electrodes (on 64).
