Hi All,
Many thanks for all your feedback (humorous or otherwise!), I have completed the workstation assessment and taken a medical history, the employee has no known underlying medical condition. She has her own office which was toasty, I think the problem is that she doesn't take enough microbreaks so have advised her accordingly. She prefers a vertical mouse and I don't think they are available heated so she might try a heated mousepad instead (yes I know, sounds like luxury accommodation for the little furry critters!). What will they think of next?!
