3) For those received here on site, advice is given to Human Resources but most of the fit notes are sent to another Human Resources as logistically we are wide spread.

Generally advice is given when management feel unable accommodate the advice on the fit note, requires more clarification (i.e 'light duties') or don't even understand the recommendations!

I'm hoping some of you might share how fit notes are managed within
your organisations, for example:

Does OH receive a copy of all fit notes?
Do you only receive a copy of a fit note when someone is referred?
Does OH play a role in "screening" fit notes when the employer receives them in an effort
to drive appropriate referrals?
