Morning All, I'm hoping some of you might share how fit notes are managed within your organisations, for example: Does OH receive a copy of all fit notes? Do you only receive a copy of a fit note when someone is referred? Does OH play a role in "screening" fit notes when the employer receives them in an effort to drive appropriate referrals?
