Dear all This looks rather hastily put together and seems to contain some basic inaccuracies, as well as omissions such as the role of the LSA. Does anyone know who drafted it, so that feedback can be sent? Additionally, the link for finding out about clinical commissioning groups doesn't work - though perhaps it is just not 'live' yet. I would draw people's attention to the link to Birthrights that Jane posted recently. which provides well drafted leaflets on legal rights around issues such as consent and autonomy.
