Thanks. Sounds like I may have to go for the horribly clunky 'altar-team'. Have been toying with 'altar-triad' but it conjures up images of medieval Chinese mafiosi. 'Chapel' according to SOD includes the choir, and I need a term that's restricted to priest, (sub-)deacon and server, as that's how they are described in the relevant documents.
