Dear All,

The NMM is seeking to recruit a Collections Database and Audit Manager, to cover pending maternity leave.

The post holder will need an in-depth understanding of collections management procedures, gained in a diverse museum setting. Sound experience of the technical aspects of database management is also essential, along with a proven track record of delivering data conversion and transfer projects. First-rate communication, analytical and report writing skills are important too.

With three world-renowned museum locations and the Cutty Sark set within a Unesco World Heritage Site, this is a unique and genuinely inspiring place to work. We can also offer a wide-ranging challenge that will include overseeing two Documentation and Audit Assistants, developing and co-ordinating our rolling collections auditing programme and providing training to staff. You will also maximise the potential of Mimsy XG programmes and Crystal Reports to deliver an excellent collections management service.

For a full job description and details of how to apply, please visit www.rmg.co.uk/jobs<http://www.rmg.co.uk/jobs>

Please pass on these details and link to anyone you think might be interested in such a role.

Closing date: 11th March 2013.

Thanks and we look forward to hearing from you.

Jonathan
