I am currently seeking 3 GIS Technicians for a role in Central London. The initial contract is due to start in March for an initial 6 month period. You will be based both at my client and the end client's site, both in Central London. You will have the chance to work for major consultancy on an exciting high profile project. We are looking for confident, good communicators from a GIS background. A degree in GIS or a related subject is a must. Your role will be primarily to pull different data sets and data standards together in order to be prepared for the map production stage. A large part of the role will be communicating with other partners on the project to collate the data you require. You will also have some map editing tasks, working with geo databases, layer files and be involved in writing GIS data standards.
