Our International retail client has identified new exciting opportunities (at multiple levels of seniority) for talented Location Planning professionals to join
their successful Site Research team.
In this role you will help our client to drive their expansion plans by identifying potential new
space opportunities
and accurately forecasting sales potential.
To be successful in this role you will be highly numerate, analytical and possess 1st class written and verbal communication skills.
A background working with GIS and geo-demographic data is essential.
Although a background in Retail Location Planning would be ideal, our Client would be interested in speaking to Location Analysts / Property
Research professionals with a range of backgrounds and experience ranging from 1 year to 5 years+.
