The Understanding British Portraits network is holding a one-day seminar for professionals engaged with portrait practice and collections at M Shed, Bristol, on 19 March. The seminar is designed for curators, museum-based learning professionals, conservators and scholars working with British portraits.

The event is entitled Copy, Version and Multiple: the replication and distribution of portrait imagery, and will be chaired by Prof Stephen Bann of the University of Bristol. Marie Cooper and Adrian Clamp of Wolverhampton Art Gallery will be discussing their Education Team's work with the Pop Art multiples collection.
