Dear All,
The Museum of Fine Arts is creating a community garden. The plans are being drawn up by university students studying landscape architecture. After the city approves the plans, we would like to give the general public the opportunity to vote for the garden plan that they like the best and that they would like to see executed.
Does anyone have experience with on-line voting procedures and how to allow a family with one computer to all vote, but not allow the same person to vote more than once?
What things need to be taken into consideration when setting up the voting system?
Any suggestions are welcome.
