Colleagues CanI draw your attention to a couple of courses dubbed Visitor Engagement Trainingwhich the CREW have put together to develop visitor engagement skills. They are a very innovative teamand you can choose from either of their one-day courses to help you and/or yourcolleagues to interact with you visitors more confidently. Course 1:Gallery Engagements concentrates on Gallery Engagement Techniques, designed to engagewith individuals, couples or small groups of visitors.
