Dear FSL experts,<br><br>I would like segmenting  Corpus Callosum into five regions. I have been thinking about doing the following steps:<br><br>1. Register my skull_stripped MPRAGE image to MNI152_T1_2mm template<br>2. Segment corpus callosum in the registered MPRAGE by hand-drawing and saving the corpus callosum as a mask.<br>

3. Registering diffusion image to MNI152_T1_2mm template<br>4. Add corpus callosum mask to the registered diffusion image.<br><br>Question: I am having problems with the second step: I do not know how to segment this anatomical region into 5 or maybe 7 segments.<br>
