Hello, I have combed through the listserv, but am not able to find the answer to a couple of questions. 1. What is the final output image called in the siena files? In the report.html file I see the image labeled "Final brain edge movement image", but I am not sure which image file corresponds to this. 2. Is there a way to obtain numerical information from the output other than the overall displacement? --Is it possible to get voxel-wise displacement values? --Is it possible to get regional information?
