Just to double check, in the glm using a custom (3 column format) with
multiple runs is the timing cumulative?
eg.
run 1: 2 1 1
4 1 1
6 1 1
run 2: 2 1 1
4 1 1
6 1 1
or
run 1: 2 1 1
4 1 1
6 1 1
run 2: 8 1 1
10 1 1
12 1 1
