Hi All, Shirley Hallett. This looks like a meeting I do not want to miss but unfortunately the location is way out of our travel remit.

Is there any other EBS user groups thinking of following suit (inviting Tribal & C&G) that is more central to the Midlands/East of England

Hi Everyone

Sorry for the delay in sending out this invite.  This is an open invitation to both new and experienced users of Exams EBS.

Our next EBS User Group meeting has been scheduled for 21 March here at Warrington Collegiate.  Start time 10.00am -3.00pm.  I have attached a map.  We are pretty central for both motorway and rail networks.

Peter Worrall and Steve Parkinson from Tribal are coming together with Matt Goddard from City and Guilds.  The idea of inviting Tribal together with City and Guilds is to discuss our working practices using EBS to register City and Guilds qualifications and claiming both partial and full qualifications via data services  (downloading the results directly into Client) and then getting these over to the ILR successfully.

We have questions that we would like to ask both Tribal and City and Guilds so this seems a good solution.

If you have any questions then please either bring them to the meeting or email them over and I will pass them to the relevant party who will hopefully bring an answer to the meeting.

We thought that this would also be a good opportunity for us to ask Tribal what can the EBS Exam function do?  In an ideal world what would we like it to be able to do?  May be it can answer our prayers and we just don’t know it?  I mentioned this to Pete and Steve and they suggested that if there is anything that would help us, to let them know and they could look into this for us.

For those of you who wish to access us via video conferencing please let me know and I will send you an invitation to access this.

I am able to arrange car parking spaces if required so please let me know if you require this.

In respect of refreshments we are able to offer tea and coffee, but unfortunately we are unable to offer lunch – we can have a picnic or try the delights of the College menu…

It was lovely to meet you at the Conference and hope very much that you will be able to attend the meeting via any route.  I would be grateful if you could please let me know if you are able to attend then I can sort refreshments here.
