40 Years since the First Enlargement, 7-8 March 2013, London
UACES is organising a conference in London to mark the 40th anniversary of the UK’s, Denmark’s and Ireland’s accession to the EU. Through a mixture of research
papers and plenary sessions, the conference will explore the political, legal, social and economic ramifications of EU membership.
