Hi,

I am an ESOL tutor at an FE college in the North West. The college has perceived deficiencies in the knowledge of grammar rules in non-ESOL specialist staff who are currently engaging with learners whose first language is not English. The development of a 10 hour CPD module on aspects of grammar has been proposed to address this issue.

Does anyone have any experience and advice concerning the planning and delivery of such a CPD module?
