Hi Guys, as I said a few emails ago, 

I have been setting up forums to share the info we were gathering. 

I had a few setup issues but have set up a sort of test forums just for events.   I'd be very grateful if you would all post events to it to get it going.  Then I'll tweak it after we discover any issues.
