just finished watching the one show winifred atwell segment

although i've seen several documentaries on her, i just learnt that she had to launch an African hair salon and the australian authorities had to waive their "white only" immigration rules when she emigrated there with her husband!

Prior to my appearance in Swinging into the Blitz tomorrow (Saturday BBC2 6.00pm) I have now been informed that I am appearing in The One Show tonight (Friday 15 February) at 7.00pm on BBC1 in a tribute to the Trinidadian pianist Winifred Atwell.
This edition of The One Show will be repeated on Monday 18 February on BBC2 at 1.00pm.
