Hi Everyone,

I have a colleague who has asked me to send her query to the Zooarc list in
the hopes of receiving some information on the process of defleshing bones
from burials for use in experimentation afterwards. If anyone has relevant
information can you please send it to her? Her email is below with her
detailed question.

Many thanks!
Tina

Thanks for doing this Tina :)

here is the blurb

I primarily work with human bones, but I would greatly appreciate your help
regarding bone defleshing. I require a method to remove flesh from bone
(which has been buried), but the integrity of the cortical surface must be
preserved. Does anyone have any advice/references where this has been done
successfully. My email address is [log in to unmask] Thank you!
