Dear Ce,
The temporal and dispersion derivatives are computed in the function spm_get_bf.m.
I’m attaching a matlab script that computes the temporal derivative (using the same method as in spm_get_bf.m)

As an aside, this script shows what a good job including the temporal derivative does of modelling responses even
when the timing is out by a couple of seconds.
Best wishes,
Will.

Subject: [SPM] How to create temporal/dispersion derivative of canonical HRF in SPM?
Importance: High
Dear All,
I understand that canonical HRF used for convolution in SPM can be created by spm_hrf(), However, do anybody know how to create the temporal and dispersion derivative of the canonical
HRF in SPM?
Many thanks and best regards,
Ce
