Hello, (I apologize, my reply from several weeks ago doesn't look like it posted). I am using SPM8 and the fieldmap tool that comes with SPM. Specifically, since I've got 2 magnitude images and a phase image, I'm using the Batch->Tools->Fieldmap-> Presubtracted phase and magnitude image GUI. However I seem to have the same problems when using batch scripting. Thanks, Sam
