Dear Vladimir and Guillaume Thank you so much for your kind help, the error is now fixed. I have included a condition consisting of only one instance in the data file during epoching, leading to the error. I found this happen in all 3 cases I reported before, and it is working with your revised version of the spm_robust_average. Great thanks again. Best regards SP HO
