Hi, i have the following problem: when specifying the 2nd level analysis, my matlab freezes and doesnt give any result. So, i put in all con images and then estimate and then specify the contrast. When going through the specifications step by step (Apply masking, title,...) it just stops after "threshold" and freezes. I dont get any error message, see below. I repeated those steps now several times, it is every time the same. I am using matlab 2012a and SPM8. Did anyone experience something similar?
