Dear Shail, okay, so the volumes as such should be fine. Just wanted to make sure ~~ by the way, what do the three pictures show exactly? The segmented GM files in native space and T1 volume in native space? In this case, yes indeed, some GM of the frontal lobe is not classified as GM (also on the left side, so opposite to the crosshair). But this seems to hold as well for the posterior part of the right occipital lobe in both VBM5 and VBM8? Or do they show the normalized versions, and if so, how was the T1 volume normalized?
