Hi,

I had a subject with immense scanner movements in the scanner (10 mm+).
So, I was curious whether using checkreg for two images from first and
last session (before realigmen) I can see the missaligment. Though, it was
not very apparent by eye, I noted that the same point it two images landed
in different voxels coordinates (attached). In Z axis (the strongest
movement) the divergence was ~3 slices, which makes sense since my slice
thickness was 2.4 mm. Is this coordinates divergence really
manifestation of the scanner movements? For realigned images the voxels
coordinates are identical, but does it imply that images were fully
realigned?

Thanks,
John
