I don't usually bother to notify the Network about my blog posts, but I thought this one might be of particular interest to England members.
It's about the first competition decision since the Health and Social Care Act 2012 on a hospital merger, and the Office of Fair Trading referred it to the Competition Commission for review on grounds of lack of patient benefit.
