Is it possible to add a signature to the lists emails with details of how to unsuscribe? Something like 'Please click here to unsuscribe' - I like this email list but would be
an option to help people unsuscribe. It feels like there might be a snowball of people wanting to unsuscribe, people complaining about this flooding the list and making more people want to unsuscribe...
What i recommend everyone do if you would like to receive the emails, but don't want them activating your phone is to set up a rule in your email system to funnel them to their own directory. That way you can read them all in your own time without them interrupting the
more important emails.
I have rules that send various lists to their own folders, and rules which send all messages which aren't specifically addressed to me to a 'Group' folder, which means my main inbox only lights up if there is something 'just for me'! Additionally if you
are recruiting participants, you can get participants to include a word in the subject line, and use a rule to send those to their own folder too, allowing your main inbox to remain relatively free.
