Hi all I am reviewing the pre-placement screening for teachers and wondered if anyone had an up to date pre-placement/health assessment form and procedure you would be willing to share? The Education (Health Standards) (England) Regulations 2003 pre date the Equality act and so I would also like to know if any of you have changed your screening of teachers in light of this, e.g removed questions about mental capacity etc?
