Hello All

 

Just a bit of an update to my circumstances.

 

I have decided to end my working relationship with Atos Healthcare (after spending 8 of the last 12 years with them) and move on to pastures new.

 

I'm taking a few months off  to recover from some health issues and then the plan is to investigate setting up as an independent OH consultant in the Rep of Ireland. I also plan to train as a mediator to add another skill to my repertoire. 

 

I am scared and excited about the future in particular in relation to trying to develop an OH nurse led service as the OH industry over here (such as it is) is still very GP/doctor led; my first port of call will be to find an employment law specialist to help me clarify the legal status of the GP note, my opinion vs GP etc as that is not so clear cut or established over here. 

 

I look forward to picking all your brains as the months go by :)
