The. Regulations do suggest a full tier 3 every 3 years. It would be very hard to tell in group that an individUal is concerned about any particular thing they should be given oppourtunity totally alone and some tests may indicate issues they did not know they had, even if it a raised bp
Kind regards karen

I hope this is not a question that has already been asked and I would appreciate expert guidance of the group's infinite wisdom and experience with this....

In undertaking a HAVS programme in a very large organisation, the Health & Safety team give regular toolbox talks (TBT) on all aspects of HAVS to the relevant employees. Tier 2 questionnaires are given out annually. In cases where any employee year on year has declared NO signs or symptoms on their Tier 2 questionnaire, is it contraindicated or breaking any regulations for an HAVS-qualified OHA to be present in the TBT every 3rd year, speak to these groups of employees about HAVS, giving every individual the opportunity to discuss with the OHA any queries in private (as opposed to bringing these people in every 3rd year on an individual basis for the Tier 3 surveillance)?

All advice appreciated.
