Subject: Importing modern animal teeth samples

Dear colleagues
An archaeologist needs to bring some samples of modern animal teeth (e.g. Cow, sheep, goat) to the UK to provide comparative material for isotope analysis of archaeolgical material from an overseas excavation.
Does anyone know where we can find the relevant procedures about applying for any permits etc?
Many thanks
Helena
