Durham University Library and Heritage Collections e-Resources Co-ordinator Grade 5: £19,972 - £23,121 For our busy, customer-focused academic library we are seeking a confident user of IT, with a sound understanding of the standards and technologies used to organise and link electronic resources. Building on your existing experience of library and information services work, you will be able to develop your career in an academic library environment. This role provides an exciting opportunity to co-ordinate work associated with the administration of the University Library's growing collection of e-resources, ensure continuity of access, provide help and guidance to Library colleagues and customers, and to work within an area of major strategic importance to the development of Durham University Library. Applicants should have a good general education to degree level, an understanding of service quality and of the standards and technologies used to organise and link e-resources, good communication skills, and IT competence for a rapidly changing environment.
