SLA Europe, in partnership with Alacra, invite you to join us for a networking reception with a special twist at 6.15pm on Tuesday, 19th February. The SLA HQ CEO, Janice Lachance will be joining us from the US. Prior to joining the SLA in 2003 as Chief Executive Officer, Janice worked in a number of high profile roles including serving as a member of the World Summit on the Information Society (WSIS), the UN's Internet Governance Forum and has worked as Director of the U.S. Office of Personnel Management. This is a great networking opportunity, offering the chance to talk to a major leader in the information profession, as well as enabling you to catch up with old friends. We have hired out Pause Bar and will be serving a selection of canapés, wine, beer and soft drinks. But be sure to come early, as we will be reverting to a cash bar once the float has been exhausted!
