Dear Library Colleagues
Looking at disputes employees have with employers outside the field of library work, it occurred to me whether my fellow librarians are members of unions, if so, which ones, and if this has been found helpful and positive?
Or is membership of CILIP itself as an organisation helpful in dispute resolution?
Any experiences?
