Parks & Gardens UK News

We are very pleased to announce that our new website www.parksandgardens.org<http://www.parksandgardens.org/> is ready for use!

Key new features:
* New home page and website design
* Improved speed of the Search
* Changed access to the Database for uploading research: there is a link to click on that is on the Research & Record page, within the text, under the
           heading 'The Database'
* A new email address for queries: [log in to unmask]<mailto:[log in to unmask]>

Redirects are in place from the old website to the new. However, we would like to ask you to please make sure any links or references you have in newsletters and on websites to the old website are updated.

Over the coming months we will be adding new website (article) content as well as working with volunteers to continue with uploading new information and images to the database records.

We are grateful to The Bulldog Trust for their generous grant which enabled these improvements.

We would like to compile a list of contacts for each CGT so that we can ensure news and information about Parks & Gardens UK is adequately distributed. Can each CGT please put forward a main contact name with address and email/telephone preference and send to [log in to unmask]<mailto:[log in to unmask]>?

If you have any comments, questions or experience difficulty with the website, please don't hesitate to contact us.

Kind regards,
The Parks & Gardens UK team
