GIS Specialist - London - £Neg - 6 Months initially - 4 days per week. I have an exciting opportunity for a skilled GIS contractor to work with a prestigious client in Central London. The role is planned to initially last for 6 months working 4 days per week. The role will be a challenging one and you will be required to work on multiple projects. I’m looking for the following skill set; •Sound knowledge of ESRI GIS •Experience of ESRI extensions (Spatial Analyst, 3D Analyst) •Awareness of projections and transformations. •Perform GIS editing and conversions. •Knowledge of UK and European environmental datasets •Create metadata to metadata standards •Experience with WebGIS solution e.g. ArcGIS Server. •Experience of Renewables and Marine datasets useful The role is scheduled to start in January but can be flexible up to a point.
