The Visitor Studies Group is holding its 2013 Conference and AGM on 4th and 5th February at London Wetlands Centre, Barnes.

Sessions will cover how environments affect the visitor experience, how to evaluate environmental factors and what influence environments might have on all our work. This is a unique opportunity to learn from colleagues from an extremely wide range of specialisms and organisations.
