I recently also upgraded to FSL 5.0.2.1 and experienced the same error during registration ("Error: you have not selected any images to register to!"). Did you figure out what the problem was?

> We have recently upgraded to using FSL 5.0 and I am trying trying to run a 1st-level analysis through the FEAT GUI. Though I am running my analysis as usual, I have started to get this error message durring registration following the initial fslmaths commands:
